As title sais, it would be good that there is option to allow or dissalow people with public link to edit notes.

For example, I often have to share to do list with other people as they have their parts to execute in to do lists. But they are not and will not be part of my NB so I dont want to make them users of NB.

If there is posibility that they edit public link (check the checkmark), then I can easily monitor  what is acctualy being done.
