Color palettes for background: Tables vs. Hints

The color palette for the background of the newly introduced Hint block is extremely well done. Colored hints look modern, visually appealing and text is perfectly readable. This color palette is quite similar to the colors of Bootstrap, the de facto standard for responsive web design. Also, there is a very usable light, neutral gray here (#e4e4e4), while for tables, there is no neutral light gray.

The colors of the palette for the background of tables, on the other hand, are much more saturated and darker, and although the readability for text (black) is good, tables with colored cells look a bit old-fashioned and outdated.

I think that tables would look much more modern and clean and show off the content even better if they used the same color palette as the Hint block does.
