Dead internal links in notes

Hi,

Links on non-more-existent internal notes acquire new title – just «Deleted page». 

Some time you merge notes or convert notes from old format. And in all those cases you get «Deleted page» in links.  And it makes you confused.

I suggest to preserve old note name with adding suffix or prefix "Deleted page", and maybe emphasize it whit strikethrough or dim colour. So you can understand what kind of note or what theme of note this link led to.
