Desktop Sync Never Finishes On One Workspace, Cannot View/Edit Notes

I am a pro subscriber (same email address as community account) and I have Nimbus Desktop installed and up to date (windows 10 20H2, nimbus v6.37.1)

I don't have many notes and I don't open Nimbus Desktop every day (or at startup) - I mainly use the web clipper and then open Nimbus when I want to refer to something.

I have two workspaces - one 'work' with more notes, one 'personal' with very few notes.

The 'work' workspace works fine, syncs, allows me to browse notes etc. 

The 'personal' workspace never finishes syncing (spinner top left never ends even after 10-15 minutes) and so I cannot view, add or edit notes.

One thing I did notice - when I look in Settings > My subscription it says:

Workspace notes limit: 29 / Unlimited

I'm not sure if this means I've reached my note limit or something?

Anyway, this workspace is currently unusable - what should I do?
