In most folders, I'd like to see the most recently updated notes first, so I set the sort to "Updated (9-1)". However, I have some folders that are just lists of information or "quick access" notes - notes I'd like to be able to get to easily (Favorites is an example of this). In those folders, I'd like the notes to be sorted alphabetically so that notes are easy to find by title.
Right now, on all clients, sorting is global - change it to "Updated (9-1)" in folder A, go to folder B, change it to "Title (A-Z)" to see folder B alphabetically, go back to folder A, and now folder A is sorted alphabetically too.
Could you please add per-folder sorting, so that folders "remember" how they were sorted?
As an adjunct to that, could you please make display type (Compact, Comfortable, Detailed) per-folder as well? I don't have a particular need for it, but since they're set in the same place, it makes sense to me that someone else might.
