The default behaviour is to NOT import pages with the 'full width' setting. I started to manually change one note at a time but fortunately I did a 'select all' and then under the 3 dotes menu there was an option to change all selected notes to full width. I can just imagine a lot of users not even looking or perhaps not finding that menu item; I'm sure they would waste a lot of time changing them one note at a time.

Suggestions:

1) Change the default import setting to 'full width'. Who uses the other setting anyway? Nobody I'd imagine.

2) Put a toggle or a selection box right in the import menu that MUST be selected prior to processing the import so that users will be aware of the option and have the ability to select the one they want before the import starts.
