I downloaded Nimbus Capture and purchased the Lifetime Pro version.   I believe Nimbus Notes is showing up as pro version but Nimbus Capture is not.   I have signed in and out.  uninstalled / reinstalled. On multiple computers with no luck.   Emailing with support said it should be pro and asked me to to setup an anydesk session with a developer.   I have no idea how to get a developer scheduled to work with me.   

Also I am not sure if I am suppossed to load Clarity as the windows program instead of Capture Pro.   I cannot find a download for Clarity.

I have been trying to figure this out for a week and am confussed and frustrated.

Looking for help.

Also there is no sub category for Nimbus Capture Windows or Nimbus Clarity Windows.
