You right now provide is with utterly ridiculous export/backup options. They are basicaly just screenshots, no attachemnts, tags, folder structure etc and no option of importing them back.

Your restore function fails and is not adequate and is 2 weeks old.

I understand that your bussines model is to keep us captured in Nimbus and not allow us to easily switch to another app. That is bad, instead, make a good product so that we do not want to switch.

BUT, this is not just about moving to another app. We need assurance that our notes ARE SAFE. Trusting you too keep it is not enough. People are loosing entire notes. I lost pictures personaly.

PROVIDE us with full backup AND import option and lock it up so only Nimbus can read it. You will keep is captured in Nimbus, we will be happy to have OUR notes in OUR possesions on a harddrive with possibility to import them back in case you loose our notes.

Please consider this and make it happen.
