For a shared folder, in public view, the order of the subfolders is currently always mandatory by creation date/time, descending. 

This behavior is not always desired and actually rather confusing, and if Nimbus wants to offer more and more publishing tools ("Portal" is going in this direction), the sort order of subfolders should be selectable either in the backend, or at least, mandatory by title, descending. Of course, an option for custom sort order of subfolders for published folders would be ideal.
