Table element UI bugs

These UI bugs have been around for a long time. See my attached video.

Simply create a 30 rows table. Disable "wrap cells" from table layout setting. Enter a long text into any cell and you won't able to edit the beginning of the text anymore.
Navigate to the very last rows (25-30th). Set the cell type as Mention and enter one of your workspaces or folders or pages. Now nothing happens when you click on this mention link. (no Edit/Open/Clear menu shows up)
