I do find it a very good idea to be able to use "internal links" for each block in Nimbus.

But I could not figure out how to use those links resonably: 

Whichever internal link of some block I am using in another page, I am always directed to the top of the page... Is this how things are meant to be? If so, this feature would not really make sense, would it?
