I use the Nimbus Screenshot extension for Chrome to take screenshots of numerous webpages, however, when I open the Nimbus Note Mac desktop client, simply viewing one of the notes containing a screenshot (without clicking into the note or modifying it in any way) changes the modification date to today and moves it to the top of my list (because I sort by most recent). 

This renders the "modification date" a fairly useless piece of metadata, since it is updated even when not modifying content.
