When reprtong a problem/bug I cant choose anymore "problem" but "question" or "disscusion".... wierd. What woudl plain old bug reporting go under?

In web this regulary happens for bullet lists. I press enter at the end of the bullet list to create a new one, but new bullet list is made not in nexr raw but above kr somewhere else. I still didnt record it because it is random and kind of self fixes after few repeats. I did report this behaviour in another post, months ago, but as usual nothing is done to fix it.

As always, I dont realy expect a fix as I lost the trust that you guys are acctualy working on fixing bugs, just reporting.
